This client came to us with their idea to build a four-bedroom house with a double garage on a tight site down a right of way. Key for the client was ensuring the garage matched the house in appearance exactly for a cohesive feel. We worked with them on the plans to maximise their space, streamline the building process within the site’s restrictions, and produce a modern, comfortable open plan family home with a separate formal lounge.
